I can actually use a Cheat Code on Runescape? Some of you might think you can, but no, there are no ‘known’ Runescape Cheat Codes. Most games that allow Cheat Codes purposely allow certain keystrokes/mouse actions for you to unlock certain features. Jagex will never insert Runescape Cheat Codes based on the fact they love to keep Runescape fair for all. It is doubtful that the FunOrb games have Cheat Codes.

Are There Runescape Cheat Code Examples?

There are plenty of them scattered over the internet, perhaps all of them being totally ineffective. Take the following ‘Runescape Cheat Code’ for example: “Drop your weapon on the floor and then hold down the Alt and F4 keys at the same time. It will double your weapon!!!” Well, in fact, dropping your item on the floor and then holding down Alt and F4 at the same time will close your browser. This used to be a con that people used on one another, as the player who closes the browser has little time to load Runescape and log back in before the other person has time to pick up the item.

Wow, Someone Told Me I Can Get A Scythe, Right Now!

Ah, the old you can still get a scythe today Runescape Cheat Code. If you haven’t heard of it, this Runescape Cheat Code tells you to train your magic level so you can cast the weaken spell, then go to the Lumber Yard and cast weaken on the pile of logs. Apparently, a Tree Spirit of level 22 would appear and when you kill it, it will drop a Scythe. Another rumour was to try it on a fallen tree instead of the pile of logs. People still try this even now, many years after this was first rumoured. I can confirm that this Runescape Cheat Code does not work.

I Keep Seeing The Name Moneybags…Who Is Moneybags?

Another apparent Runescape Cheat Code is to add the person ‘Moneybags’ who is supposedly a robot account. When ‘Moneybags’ signs on, your computer was supposed to automatically send it’s serial number and password which in turn, the account ‘Moneybags’ would place Millions of GP in your bank. This is yet another false Runescape Cheat Code.
